The sets include a slate insert and bamboo chopping board which swivels to open and reveal 4 stainless steel cheese knives with bamboo handles. The boards can be utilised for serving cheese, bread, and charcuterie in restaurants and at catered events or they can be used as chopping boards in professional kitchens.
